We have arrived at yet another season and I cannot lie, it may be my favorite of all. Fall brings such a unique transition of seasons and a range of produce, herbs, and spices. Let’s see what we can do with those in combination.



Breakfast:
Tahini Chai Breakfast Cookies - these are calling my name
Pumpkin and Oat Breakfast Bars
Everything Bacon and Apple Breakfast Biscuits
PB Chocolate Espresso Smoothie
— 1-2 shots of espresso, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp cacao powder, 1-2 bananas, protein powder serving, almond milk. blend + enjoyyyy!
Lunch:
Leftovers [will always be queen of lunch in our hearts]
— This is one example but I think wraps are a great way to pack in lots of nutrients and have the same convenience level as a sandwich! A sandwich remix, if you will.
Adult Lunchable - protein of choice, cracker, fruit, veg, dip (hummus, tzatziki, ranch, etc.)
Caprese Pesto Tart - honestly you could pivot through a couple different cheeses on this; ricotta, burrata, mozzarella, dare I say goat cheese, etc.
Dinner:
Tomato Soup (df)
Fall Charcuterie Board (for hosting, warmer nights, or don’t-bother-me-to-cook nights)
Fall Pizzas (4 Ways)



Dessert:
S’mores
Ice Cream
Apple Crumble
No Bake Mixed Berry Custard Tart



Drinks:
Pear Vanilla Rosemary Cocktail
Sparkling Fig & Honey Cocktail
